LeyFlow is a web-based landing page builder that allows users to create, customize, and deploy landing pages. The Service includes:
- A drag-and-drop page editor
- Pre-built components and templates
- Theme and font customization
- Export functionality (HTML, ZIP)
- GitHub Pages deployment integration
3. Account Registration
Some features require signing in with a GitHub account. When you connect your GitHub account, you grant us permission to:
- Access your public profile information
- Create and manage repositories on your behalf
- Deploy content to GitHub Pages
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your GitHub account and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of all content you create using LeyFlow. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content as necessary to provide the Service.
You agree not to create content that:
- Violates any applicable law or regulation
- Infringes on intellectual property rights
- Contains malware, spam, or malicious code
- Is fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading
- Promotes illegal activities or violence

The templates, components, and design elements provided by LeyFlow are licensed for use in your landing pages without restriction.

LeyFlow integrates with third-party services including GitHub, Brevo, and Kit (ConvertKit). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
